The Board of Directors is the governing body of the Clan as designated by our documents (Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws) and 2017 meeting.
The Clan Officers answer to the Board. The Officers do not govern the Board.
The Vice President as of 2017 is to submit to the Board our 2019 reunion plan/activities for approval and implementation.
The Review Committee, which is not a governing body is also overseen by the Board of Directors.

The Review Committee is not a governing body of the Clan. They are a separate group organized and voted upon strictly for their designated role and report directly to the Board of Directors.
The role of the review committee as of our 2017 Reunion is to review the Articles of Incorporation and By-laws.
Upon their two year review, this committee is to present to the Board of Directors the results of their review and to provide recommendations based on their findings.
Review involves the analysis as to whether or not the Clan is operating as to the guidelines of the documents and the laws governing Non Profit Organizations.

Based on the guidelines stated in our Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws, the Clan officers, under the direction of the Board of Directors, manage the day to day operations of the Clan based on their various roles and provide reports and information for the Boards review.
OUR PRESENT
We are thankful to all who met us in Sconiersville for this past reunion.
We are looking forward to seeing everyone in 2019 and meeting those of you that will be coming for the first time.
We have accomplished much through the erection and beautification of our building and there is still more to be done. We look forward to discussing the continued goals for our property.
